Iranian drones crash near homes in Erbil province
At least four drones came down at three sites in Erbil province after strikes targeting Iranian Kurdish opposition positions, Rudaw reported.
Rudaw’s local reporting said one drone hit a home in Soran, two crashed near a village in Khalifan and another came down in Harir, setting grassland alight. No casualties were reported, though a resident described extensive property damage. The incident adds to security concerns in the Kurdistan Region amid cross-border strikes and regional tensions.
